Accounts and responsibility

You are responsible for your account credentials, your submitted content, and for making sure you have the right to submit material for processing.

Limited processing license

By submitting links or content, you grant PodQuik a limited license to process that material into private podcast audio as needed to deliver the service to your account.

Podcast feed scope

Feeds are user-specific and intended for private account use unless a clearly offered feature says otherwise. PodQuik is not positioned as a public publishing platform.

Availability and limits

Features, limits, and output quality may change over time. The service is provided as a utility product, and availability may vary while we continue building it.

Connected tools and team destinations

A request to send selected text from ChatGPT authorizes PodQuik to store that text, use the selected destination’s available audio allowance, process narration with its audio providers, and publish completed audio to that destination’s private library and feeds. A team destination makes the submitted material available to authorized teammates. Submit only material you have permission to process and share with that destination.

The integration does not initiate purchases or subscription changes. Disconnecting prevents future connected access but does not cancel work already accepted. Generated speech may contain pronunciation errors; retain and consult the source text where accuracy matters.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated version.
